North Star Guidance Center is a family-centered, community-focused practice that offers individual, group, couples, family counseling and neurofeedback in the Greater Lowell area. They also offer state of the art neurofeedback with qEEG brain mapping technology. Brain mapping can provide confirmation and guidance to what may be helpful. Neurofeedback can be used independently from counseling and is a medication-free approach that can be effective in treating depression, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, sleep disorders, headaches, migraines, post traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, impulsivity and aggression.
