She teaches people to become their own happier healthy self. In the last 18 years, she has found that the combination of cognitive behavioral talk therapy and/or a complimentary psycho-physiological therapy, EEG Biofeedback or Neurofeedback, has been the most robust evidenced-based interventions she has used in her years of practice.
