Peregrine Counseling and Wellness is a nonprofit mental health organization based in southeast Denver, CO. We aim to promote wellbeing from a mind-body perspective, working to heal trauma through the integration of evidence-based practices. Our team of clinicians have over a decade or more of experience working with victims of trauma and trauma related disorders. Peregrine Counseling and Wellness offers individual, family and group therapy to all ages. We have a collaborative approach with therapists having specialized skills including EMDR, IFS, Brain spotting, Ketamine integration therapy, Neurofeedback, sand tray, canine therapy, DBT, CBT, psychoanalysis and trauma informed yoga.
