My process is focused on helping you heal and learn more constructive ways to deal with stress and life challenges. I have an eclectic approach with each individual client based on his or her needs, my strongest therapeutic orientation is a combination of psychodynamics and body psychotherapy. Although I am not limited to a certain demographic, most of my experience is with clients battling depression and anxiety. I frequently work with females between the ages of 13-40, but have successfully worked with both males and females in many different stages of life. A genuine connection with your therapist is most important. Along with regular psychotherapy/talk therapy, I use body psychotherapy. This helps people become deeply aware of their bodily sensations as well as their emotions and behaviors. Clients become more conscious of how they breathe, move, speak, and where they experience feelings in their bodies.
