Welcome to Suncrest Counseling! We have a team of professionals who are ready to help you. We know that it's not easy facing life's issues, talking about them and learning to manage life differently. Our skilled staff provides years of experience and a one-stop counseling center offering many different therapy modalities and services. We are grateful to be included in your healing process. I personally take a whole person approach to counseling, where body, mind and spirit work together in harmony towards that healing. I have worked with many different clients and issues over the years. I have extensive experience working with complex trauma, anxiety, depression and addiction issues. I see people and not disorders and am passionate about helping individuals understand negative patterns of thinking and believing that lead to unhealthy behaviors and relationships. I tend to see things from a connection and emotional focus and feel that problems in attachment relationships (key, love relationships) are at the core of addictions as well as many other mental health problems. I believe that our need for love and attachment is absolute and cradle to grave.
