Sara Nawrocki is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate at Higher Sights. Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Ferris State University in Michigan and worked as a pharmacist for many years. After taking time off professionally to raise her 4 children, Sara earned a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Colorado Christian University. Sara has a passion for helping people to make changes that benefit them both physically and emotionally, as these experiences are often connected yet overlooked in traditional medicine. Sara has experience working with people struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, divorce recovery, grief, eating disorders, trauma, addiction, and those who live with a loved one with addiction. She offers clients therapeutic interventions to address trauma, skills to decrease and manage mental health. Sara strives to develop an authentic relationship with each client in which her clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
