Sarah Dihmes is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with a wide range of psychological concerns, including depression, anxiety, life transitions and chronic illness. She integrates evidence-based treatments such as CBT and mindfulness-based interventions, with consideration for each patient's unique cultural, biological, and psychological background. She also provides video or telemedicine services for patients across the state of California. She has made numerous presentations, developed and led workshops, and published articles in women's health, behavioral medicine, and organizational psychology. Dr. Dihmes was an integral part of the Psycho-oncology program at Johns Hopkins University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Maryland and Baltimore VA Hospital and completed her post-doctoral fellowship with emphasis in Behavioral Medicine at California Pacific Medical Center.
