I employ several techniques such as DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy, individual, Marriage & Group) EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and Neurotherapy (controling the electrical activity in your brain). Thus, I employ evidence-based treatments to improve treatment results.
