I bring a gentle yet directive approach with a unique lens of the role of culture, both ethnic and societal, in examining and limiting the contributing factors to your distress. In our work together, I will draw from a breadth of professional and life experience as well as clinical training. I work with Individuals, Couples, Parents and Families. I work with Couples & Family relational and reconnection issues, Parent support, Codependency, Attachment issues, Self-empowerment, depression, Anxiety, ADHD and Life stage transitions. I appreciate the uniqueness of each person's situation and distress. I appreciate the role of generational, societal & cultural gaps in relationships which contribute to distress.
