Dr. Tutty is a licensed clinical psychologist who has particular expertise in evaluating and treating families over the past 25 years who find themselves at crossroads with the court system (e.g., child custody, reunification) and tort (e.g., personal injury) matters. There are times when families in transition participating in outpatient reunification services at Premier need a more in-depth and extended therapeutic experience, given the deep ruptures that have taken place between the child(ren) and rejected parent. The Retreat now offers Premier clients a serene setting outside Yellowstone Park to mend these ruptures and capture, as best as we can, what was lost prior to the life transition, whether it be separation, divorce, relocation, blended family dynamics, life changing injuries, complex mental health disorders, drug addiction, and so on. If your counsel is recommending this service, our team will first determine the length of stay (either 7, 14, or 21 day intensives) based on your family dynamics, the retainer required, and then tailor the therapeutic program to your unique family needs.
