The Journey Therapy IOP is a therapist who has been working with eating disorders for over 20 years. They specialize in treating all eating disorders, including body image struggles. They offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for women, teens, and men who are struggling with eating. The IOP is currently via telehealth and is able to offer services to neighbor island participants. They also offer weekly 1:1 therapy and DBT individual and group therapy.
