Thomas Carouso is a therapist who has been working for 20 years. He has also been a client. His approach to therapy is humanistic and relational – through relationship, connection, understanding and a safe environment, his clients are able to make changes in their behavior, thinking, life choices etc. that lead to deeper intimacy, connection and peace. The first benefit my clients experience when they come to therapy is a feeling of being seen, of feeling safe, and of gaining an awareness that what they are going through is "normal". It is comforting to realize that these symptoms are typical to the human condition.
