PS Wellness provides sex therapy for individuals, couples and diverse relationship systems (ethical non-monogamy - ENM). As an AASECT certified sex therapist, my intention is to be inclusive, purposeful and down to earth in serving clients through a sex positive lens. It is essential to form the therapeutic relationship by embracing one’s unique worldviews, beliefs and values on the path to change. In this approach, my aim is to empower clients by helping them better understand their genuine selves and thus evolving through this understanding. From sexual anxiety to sexual liberation and everything in between, we are here to help. Whatever you are experiencing - sexuality or relationship concerns, life transitions - all of it matters and so do you. In individual and relationship work, I operate through a systemic sex therapy lens which encompasses: individual biology & psychology, family-of-origin, dyadic issues, sociocultural issues and how those systems work together in your world. My intention is to bring objectivity, empowerment, hope and compassion to therapy. Often clients have expressed what a relief it is to feel normalized in their sexual experiences, while gaining sex positive and judgement free perspectives, education and insights along the way.
