In order for all of us to grow and heal, it is imperative to spend time investigating the deeper elements of our personalities. With that said, an ideal client would be someone interested in putting effort into exploring their innermost thoughts and feelings. I work to offer a multi-faceted approach to treatment that will help my clients work through issues related to the many aspects of self-identity, interpersonal relations, trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. I consider it a sign of strength to begin searching for a therapist, and a sign of courage to take the leap into deep explorations of Self. I’m a neuroscience nerd and am in the process of completing my clinical hours for my counseling degree. I am trained in person-centered theory and my approach leans toward Gestalt (here and now), solution-focused, and Jungian-oriented psychotherapy for talk therapy. I believe that acts of introspection and self-exploration pave the path towards healing. As a therapist, I will offer you a safe space and the sincerity of listening with intent while working alongside you and your explorative journey. My office is located downtown, convenient from all points, ease of getting in and out, and with plenty of no-stress parking. I will also consult with you directly to determine if a therapeutic relationship fits.
