I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (MA) using an empathetic, client-centered, strength-based orientation to help clients overcome difficulties they face in their lives and relationships. I have been in practice since 2008, working with all ages, focusing on Anxiety, ADHD, Pain Management, and healing from Traumatic Brain Injuries. I am also a certified Neurofeedback (LENS) practitioner (see Ochslabs.com) with extensive training and experience using Neurofeedback training to successfully treat many different issues: ADHD, PTSD, other Anxiety disorders, and supporting the brain in re-wiring and re-regulating- getting a tune-up. I use these approaches to best serve each client: Cognitive-Behavioral, Transactional, Motivational-Interviewing and Gestalt therapies; along with relaxation and assertive, respectful communication's training. I integrate Neurofeedback (LENS) services, especially with any client who has past brain injury, trauma, and/or cognitive processing issues.
