My greatest strength is empathy, the ability to put myself in the shoes of my client to understand what they are feeling. Every brain is as unique as DNA, which means problems can present differently in people and can be triggered by different issues. I work with all ages, from children with ADHD to senior citizens with cognitive decline. Sometimes the client needs to build a toolbox, and other times, we can teach the brain new ways of processing information. It all depends on what issues you are dealing with in order to determine what solutions are available. I will guide you through what options are available for you to decide. I work hard to treat each client individually, and use the treatment modality that is best for them. I also work in neurofeedback, which gives the unconscious brain a mirror, allowing the brain to essentially fix itself. The brain always wants to stay in comfort, but the brain's way of coping does not always stand the test of time. I am here to help! I consider it an honor to walk with my clients through their journey to a happier and healthier life. We will look at your life as a whole, as well as the specific areas that cause you discomfort.
