Cynthia L Yesko is a counselor and educator with over 30 years’ experience helping clients rework old stress patterns into more updated patterns that make it easier to navigate ordinary stressors and extraordinary challenges. The institute offers counseling and am education program for professionals. Dr. Yesko specializes in trauma, clergy abuse, and betrayal trauma. She uses techniques such as meditation, mindfulness, progressive relaxation, guided imagery, and deep breathing to help reset the body’s relaxation response. Dr. Yesko’s work is based in neuroscience. She offers individual, couple, & family stress/trauma counseling; a first responder wellness program with workshops; and relaxation education to help reset the body’s relaxation response. Dr. Yesko continuously works on her own personal health and wellness. Then she shares the new research, tools and resources that she discovers. She receives feedback that her educational materials help clients grow and this prompted her to create the Stress Pattern Mapping (c) process to help others find a more empowering relationship with stress and trauma.
