Anxiety and depression can feel debilitating. It can affect our relationships and can have a whole effect on who we are as a person. I believe that trauma can be the sole source of many of the symptoms that we experience and may be the underlying factor that needs to be addressed to alleviate many of these. Fortunately, we can work through our trauma and symptoms to live a healthy and connected life.
