I have worked as a psychotherapist in Albuquerque for over 20 years. My specialized training in both Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and Neurofeedback gives me two very different approaches to help you meet your goals for individual therapy. For couples, I have been trained in PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy). I truly believe that helping people to become their better selves is the best way I can positively impact the world.
