I provide an eclectic approach utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Polyvagal therapeutic approach, and trauma informed approaches including approaches by Dr. Bruce Perry and mindfulness activities to treat a wide range of anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and complex trauma. I tailor my therapeutic approach to client needs and client centered approach. I work to combine evidenced based treatment and empowerment and partnership with clients to meet their goal.
