Lisa M. Holland is a therapist who has worked with a wide range of people from various walks of life, diverse perspectives and cultures. She has a background in Jungian psychoanalysis, which required a rigorous, five-year, full-time training, as well as extensive study in mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy.
