My specialty is working with individuals and couples dealing with a wide variety of issues. My therapeutic style is influenced by attachment theory, parts work and trauma/adverse experiences. Through gentle curiosity and openness, I help untangle patterns that no longer serve you, while strengthening habits based on your values. This is my second career and I have found my passion. I love what I do. I believe that all of my life experiences have given me a unique way to connect with a client on their level.
